| Your
presentation was lively and fun to participate. The visuals and the case
studies are most valuable for review learning. My notes on your commentary
(some of your statements, verbatim) are invaluable catalysts for that
learning experience. Thank you for a most enjoyable and informative day. |

| A most
enlightening and rewarding course, full of surprises and challenges!
Taught with a humble and forthright touch. Real-world stuff taught by a
top lecturer. Best short course so far. It is a pity this is not a full
course. Real learning occurred. 10 out of 10. |

| This workshop
was highly stimulating, presenting new perspectives and methods which I
found to my delight were immediately applicable in my work. Kambiz is
responsive and encouraging and the mix of interactive teaching and small
group activities supported by excellent reading material facilitated
understanding and learning. |

| Systems
Thinking has put a new perspective on looking at issues and problems. Like
many people I have traditionally approached problems with a linear thought
process. Kambiz has given me the tools so that I can look at each
"event" and how it may impact or relate to other events or
activities. I can thoroughly recommend Systems Thinking to anybody
interested in learning how to tackle complex or seemingly difficult
issues. |

| Systems
Thinking provided me with a new way of looking at problems. It gave me
tools to look more deeply at issues and ways around them. This course
enabled me to understand complex relationships and to explain causalities
through dynamic loops. |

| The group
rated your session very highly and found the presentation and discussion
on a Systems Approach to Quality very worthwhile in getting to grips with
the key issues surrounding quality in Healthcare. They were able to relate
Systems Thinking to their own practice in the mental health and disability
area and felt the whole course was of immense value. |

| The Systems
Thinking course certainly gave me new tools to analyze business
situations. Being able to develop models for constantly changing processes
increases one’s ability to understand, and therefore make better
decisions. |

| Kambiz’s
energy was addictive. He has excellent knowledge without arrogance. Nice
combination. What I read today reminded me of his talks on how
organisations cover mistakes and therefore do not learn. His teachings are
powerful, thanks. |

| Thank you for
presenting your Systems Thinking course to the Southern Cross managers.
The feedback I have received has been exceptionally good with people
making strategic connections in new ways. They also enjoyed the teamwork
together and thinking about old problems with new tools, and finding new
ways to new problems. The terrible world news which broke that week
created an unusual climate for learning but in fact I think underpinned
the very principles that systems thinking is based on. At some point in
the future I''m sure we will approach you to do this again with another
group if you are available. |
